How long does a custom piece take?
Most custom work takes 3 to 6 weeks depending on complexity and current shop load. We confirm your timeline before taking a deposit.
Do you ship large mirrors and furniture?
Yes. Pieces under 40 inches ship standard ground. Larger pieces ship freight and we confirm the quote with you before charging anything.
What wood species do you work with?
Walnut, white oak, cherry, maple, and reclaimed barn timber are our standards. We also work with native Appalachian hardwoods, salvaged steel, and stone. Ask us about anything specific.
Can I request custom dimensions?
Yes. Custom sizing is available on mirrors, shelves, tables, and wine racks. Send us your dimensions through the contact form and we'll quote it.
Do you offer wholesale pricing?
Yes. We work with interior designers, retailers, hospitality buyers, and instrument shops. Fill out the wholesale form and we'll get back to you within 48 hours.
Do you do contract manufacturing?
Yes. Our CNC facility handles everything from prototypes to production runs of thousands of identical components. See our Manufacturing page.
How do I care for my piece?
Wipe with a dry cloth. Avoid prolonged moisture and direct sunlight. For oiled finishes, a light recoat of wood oil once a year keeps the surface right. Cutting boards should be hand washed and oiled monthly.
What's your return policy?
In-stock items can be returned within 30 days in original condition. Custom and made-to-order pieces are final sale. If anything arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos and we'll make it right.
